Quick Apple Rolls (Sushi Dessert style)

Ingredients

For the rolls

1 large whole wheat tortilla

2 tbsp nut butter of your choice (peanut butter, almond butter, mixed nut butter)

1 apple, thinly sliced

For the dip

½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tbsp nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, mixed nut butter)

1 tbsp apple juice

1 pinch ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Spread the nut butter on a large tortilla then cover with apple slices.
  2. Roll the tortilla then cut into slices to form the sushi.  Repeat with the desired number of tortillas.
  3. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, nut butter, apple juice and cinnamon.

Serve and all that’s left to do is dip and enjoy!
