It has a yellow, juicy and very firm flesh that gives it plenty of crunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This apple has a very pretty shape and stripes, and a smooth, fine skin that is remarkably resistant to bruising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Characteristics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Crunchy<\/li><li>Juicy<\/li><li>Very sweet<\/li><li>Aromatic<\/li><li>Low acid<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Although excellent when eaten fresh, it also cooks nicely.
